Proposals and bookings
Website package descriptions and prices are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer. A booking is confirmed only after both parties sign an event agreement and the required payment is received.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate event information, timely decisions, venue permissions, and guest conduct. Material changes may require a revised scope, schedule, or fee.
Intellectual property
The Philly on the Rocks name, logo, website design, copy, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Philly on the Rocks and may not be reproduced without written permission.
