Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the signed agreement, work completed, and costs already committed for your event.

Deposits and retainers

Deposits and retainers secure the date and begin planning work. Unless expressly stated otherwise in your signed agreement, these payments are non-refundable.

Completed work

Fees for planning, design, sourcing, production, and coordination already performed are not refundable, even if the event changes or is cancelled.

Third-party costs

Venue, catering, entertainment, rental, travel, custom-production, and other vendor payments are subject to each vendor’s terms. Recoverable funds, if any, will be returned after the vendor issues them.

Approved refunds

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by financial institution and will be confirmed in writing.

Questions and disputes

Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. We will review the signed agreement, payment history, and completed work and provide a written response.
